Welcome to FabFolly. These Terms & Conditions explain how we work as a business and what you can expect when shopping with us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

FabFolly is a fabrication-led design studio creating and selling home objects.

2. Products

Each object is designed and produced by our studio. Every piece is made in small batches using fabrication techniques. We do our best to ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate, but colours may appear differently depending on screen settings.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

We accept major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal (where available).

If, for any reason, we cannot fulfil your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver worldwide.

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. These are estimates only; delays may occur.

Shipping costs are displayed before you confirm your order.

Responsibility for your order passes to you once it has been delivered to the address provided. If something arrives damaged, please contact us straight away so we can put it right.

5. Returns & Cancellations

We hope you’ll love your FabFolly piece. However, under UK consumer law you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless the item is faulty or damaged).

Please note: Custom-made or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.

6. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us within 14 days. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

7. Warranty

Coverage: 
We warrant that our products will be free from material defects in workmanship and materials under normal residential use for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery.

What is covered:
Manufacturing faults and defects.
Electrical components supplied with our lamps, when used in accordance with our guidance.

What is not covered:
Normal wear and tear, natural variations in materials, or minor cosmetic changes over time.
Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, modification, or use with non-compatible bulbs or fittings.
Accidental damage, neglect, or use outside of residential settings.

Our responsibility:
If a product is found to be defective within the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair the product, replace it with the same or similar item, or offer a refund.

How to claim:
To make a claim, please contact us at [your email address] with your order number, proof of purchase, and photographs of the fault. Claims must be made within the warranty period.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, text, and content on this website belong to FabFolly Limited and may not be copied or used without our permission.

9. Liability

Our products are intended for personal use. We cannot be held responsible for any commercial or business losses (such as loss of profits, revenue, contracts, or goodwill).

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights or our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
