How many pieces are available?

For this first month, we’re opening pre-orders for 80 lamps in total across all lamps in Horizon collection. Once we reach that number, we’ll pause orders to focus on making and shipping them with the care they deserve. 

When will my lamp be delivered?

This collection is available for pre-order. Each lamp is made to order, and we aim to deliver within 4 weeks of purchase. Orders are fulfilled on a first come, first served basis, and we’ll always do our best to ship sooner whenever possible.

How do I clean the lamp?

Our lamps are 3D-printed with a fine layered texture, so we recommend gentle cleaning. Use a soft, dry cloth or a microfibre duster to remove dust. If needed, a slightly damp cloth can be used - just make sure the lamp is unplugged first and avoid harsh cleaners or soaking with water.

Do the lamps come with a warranty?

Yes, every lamp comes with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing faults. If something goes wrong, we’ll repair or replace it. For full details, see our Warranty & Care Policy.

Do you accept returns?

Yes. You can return your lamp within 14 days of delivery if it’s unused and in its original condition.
